Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided
Our services include the supply, installation, maintenance, and repair of:

• Air conditioning systems (split, multi-split, VRF)

• Boilers and radiators

• Underfloor heating

• General plumbing works (including bathroom renovations, tap replacements, and kitchen plumbing)

2. Estimates and Pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Any additional works requested outside the scope of the original estimate may result in additional costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

3. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 7 days of completion. We reserve the right to charge reasonable interest on late payments.

4. Guarantees
Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. Parts and equipment guarantees are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.

5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid cancellation charges.

6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing clear access to work areas and ensuring that any known site hazards are disclosed prior to our arrival.

7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the services we provide.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
